1. About Snugco
Snugco offers apparel, accessories, custom creations, and other products through snugco.org. Products may include T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, and other merchandise.

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, designs, sizes, images, and pricing as accurately as possible.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to computer screens, mobile devices, printing processes, materials, and manufacturing differences.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, or limit products without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Submitting an order through Snugco constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and fraud-prevention review.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including orders involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory problems, or technical errors.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Snugco currently ships within the United States.
Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the Snugco Refund and Returns Policy.
Certain products may not qualify for returns or exchanges, particularly customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced merchandise.

7. Custom Creations
Submitting a Custom Creations request does not place an order or charge the customer.
Custom requests are reviewed individually. Pricing may depend on the product, quantity, artwork, design complexity, artwork preparation, printing requirements, and other customization requested.
Custom products may require additional production time.
Snugco will provide pricing and estimated turnaround information before production begins when applicable.
Once a custom design or order has been approved and production has begun, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may be limited or unavailable.
8. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Content
By uploading or providing artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, designs, or other materials to Snugco, you represent that you own the content or have permission and legal authority to use and reproduce it.
You grant Snugco permission to use submitted materials as necessary to review, prepare, modify, reproduce, print, manufacture, and fulfill your requested product or service.
Snugco may refuse any custom request that we believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, contains prohibited material, or is otherwise inappropriate for production.
The customer is responsible for claims resulting from materials they provide without proper authorization.
9. Snugco Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created or owned by Snugco—including original graphics, designs, logos, branding, website content, photographs, text, and other creative materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Snugco-owned content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
10. Customer Accounts
Customers may have the ability to create an account to review orders, addresses, payment information, and account details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activities occurring through your account.
